Returns & Exchanges
We have a no refund policy on swimwear and Active wear. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will exchange your items for store Credit or other items of equal or lesser value. Please see below:
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Monie Christo we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn. This applies to any item despatched to us within 7 days of receipt by you.
Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.

Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 7 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced.
You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge.
If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, an invoice will be emailed to you and must be paid before shipping. If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.
